This senior residence is located on the slopes of Collserola Mountain, right at the boundary between the Natural Park and the city of Barcelona. The setting offers privileged views over the city, abundant natural light, biodiversity, and a profound sense of tranquility.

The exterior, developed in collaboration with Asilvestrada, features a garden with a rich diversity of species and benches designed for rest and contemplation, conceived by the interior design team. Green areas are visible from every window of the building, ensuring a constant visual connection with nature.
The landscape design combines dynamic and static spaces: sunlit and shaded areas encourage residents to walk and stimulate mobility, while more intimate corners, enriched with aromatic vegetation, invite stillness and engage the senses.
