The renovation of the BBVA’s territorial headquarters in Valencia, located in the city’s financial district, involved a comprehensive transformation from façade to interior. The building comprises 12 floors and a total of 10,250 m².
The upper floors house the office areas, conceived as luminous and welcoming spaces. Glass partitions create visually connected environments, while walnut wood paneling adds warmth and texture. These panels also integrate storage solutions, contributing to a clean and orderly image.
The restrooms were designed with straight lines and a refined aesthetic. The combination of sober materials such as wood and Krion provides both warmth and durability, reinforcing an atmosphere of order and functionality.
On the top floor, a spacious coworking area was created. This open and flexible environment is designed to adapt to different configurations and modes of work, encouraging collaboration and versatility.
