The renovation of BBVA\u2019s territorial headquarters in Valencia, located in the city\u2019s financial district, involved a comprehensive transformation from fa\u00e7ade to interior. The building comprises 12 floors and a total of 10,250 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n
Inside, the entrance hall on Poeta Querol Street originally presented a disordered layout and a dark atmosphere, culminating in a staircase of Ibiza white marble and Marquina black marble elements that would later define the concept and materialization of the interior project.
\nFrom this starting point, the palette of materials was developed. Walnut wood, together with Ibiza white marble and Marquina black marble, became key allies in highlighting the building\u2019s mid-century character.<\/p>\n
The entrance hall was thus materialized by connecting the exterior of the building with the interior through a Zimbabwe black granite base. Ibiza white marble brings light to an entrance that previously lacked luminosity.<\/p>\n
