Penthouse located at Avenida República Argentina. Located on a 60’s building, the apartment was cluttered and fragmented into small rooms that hindered the entry of natural light throughout. The project embraces linking different uses in order to expand the space and provide the spaces with more natural light. The kitchen joins into the day living area, the master bath is directly related to the utility room and the dressing room, with the aim of fully exploiting natural light silver lining. A significant part of the distribution change, have also been changed installations, finishes and lighting.
