It belongs to a housing complex designed and built by architect Josep Pratmarsó Parera in the 50’s. The project proposes a new layout on both floors according to the client’s needs and a new exterior landscape design. Complete substitution of outdated facilities, finishes and lighting. The intervention modifies the rear façade to allow natural light into the house and it also unifies the garden entrance with the kitchen.
